I have a video that is ready to be uploaded... all i need is a way to edit some parts... (as in i have a 30 second part, and 2 8 minute parts... how do i add the 30 seconds to the 2nd 8 min part XD, im not the best at youtube :/)

You need a video editing program. I never used teh youtube provided one before. You will have to trim and chuck that part to where you want it.
