UPDATED: Looking for a mayor to run spawn town!

I am looking for a mayor to run a new player town. The town will be a subsidiary of Wolfton, and a member of Nation of the Wolf. All new server members will be automatically placed in to this town. Whether or not they choose to stay, is up to them.


I need someone to run this town, as well as a couple of assistants for it! I will provide a starting amount of 100 town plots, and enough money to claim 65 of them initially. I need the town mayors to build up a starting area. Roads and such are to be constructed. And 30+ plots are to be placed along these roads and set for sale, so new people to the server can purchase them if they so choose.


The town MUST be self-sufficient! This means taxes will need to be levied on towns members! Not just for paying server taxes, but also for expanding to provide new places for new players!

The town will be located on the strip of land outside Wolfton to the East/Southeast.

The mayors are responsible for helping new players out. Getting a road built to connect with Wolfton's roads. Providing safe access to Wolfton. Helping new players out.

Payment for doing such will be in multiple forms!
1. Your own town, free of charge, located right near Wolfton.
2. Access to the money generated by the city. Run it well, and it can prosper! Make people feel welcomed to the server and in your city, and it can prosper!
3. Control over what may/will be the largest town on the server!

UPDATE: Just FYI, the CURRENT daily income of this town is over 800 gil, expenses are 100. That is a net profit of over 700 gil per day. That is a lot of cash with which to build a great city with! Please apply below!

That actually sounds pretty cool. Totally not willing to give up my area and the railway that took twelve years to dig/build though.

If there's a workaround where I won't lose my original area, I'd be happy to help out.

From 65 town plots, you can claim your original town as an outpost, yes?
I am interested in it, too, but leave me time to arrange another mayor, because I am one, and pack my stuff.
The only thing I need beside that is that one plot west of Wolfton as outpost, as I worked hard on it.

I've got nothing to lose... but due to my busy schedule, I might apply for this post... as I said "MIGHT"... if ever I get a clean schedule, then I will work on this thingy probably... Everyday

I have a long line of Assistants more dedicated than you. Prove you deserve to be an assistant

I have read about Wolfton looking for assistants to help run it. If the spots haven't all been filled up I would be glad to help with it.
