Eviction, Town for sale!

I just evicted the residents of the outpost for breaking just about every part of the agreement + general nation rules including:
Destruction of mayor-owned property including Great tower and Blacksmith.
Destruction of streets
Flooding of streets
Destruction and theft of town spawn-structure
Stealing from nation towns.

So if you want to buy a town with 199 plots, streets and walls already build, make an offer.

Uh.... really? I'm not going to buy, but... shocking.

Nah but how much do you appraise this town to be?

Well the plots alone are worth around 40k at current towny prices.. 48 with town creation, then we got the 100+ stacks of stone brick used for the walls etc..

But i'm guessing around 35k for it since it's, just sitting there.
